Location: Conifers Day Nursery Kings Norton, B38 9HP
Hours: Full-Time; 40 hours, 51 weeks per year
Are you passionate about early years and ready to lead with energy, creativity, and a big smile? We're looking for a Nursery Room Leader who can inspire children and staff alike, turning every day into an adventure!
What you'll be doing:
- Leading a team of passionate practitioners in your room
- Creating a safe, happy, and stimulating environment where children can thrive
- Planning and delivering exciting activities that spark curiosity and imagination
- Building positive relationships with children, families and the team
- Championing play, laughter, and learning in equal measure!
About You:
- Level 3 (or above) in Early Years Childcare
- Experience working in a nursery setting (leadership experience a bonus)
- A natural motivator with great communication skills
- Someone who believes every day is chance to make a difference
- Enthusiastic, creative, and ready to get stuck in - from messy play to singing sessions!
