We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our dynamic team in a busy restaurant environment. Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards
- Serve customers promptly and courteously at the counter or table
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Assist in restocking supplies and ingredients as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and maximise sales
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service
- Support team members in various tasks to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Skills
- Previous experience in food preparation or restaurant settings is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and hygiene standards
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and inventory counts
- Experience in serving customers with a friendly and professional attitude
- Kitchen experience or culinary background is desirable but not essential
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
