Hesketh-with Becconsalll All Saints CE Primary School is seeking to establish Extended Services on site with a before and after school provision for children of school age.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Play Leader to join our school and are looking for someone who:
- To organise and run childcare provision in our school setting.
- To create high quality play opportunities within a safe and caring environment.
- To provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for the children placed in the provision, including those with special needs.
- To ensure the EYFS requirements are met and to be involved in basic record keeping and supporting Club activities.

Essential Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Playwork or NNEB, /BTEC/NVQ Level 3 Early Years Care & Education/Childcare
- Paediatric First Aid certification, or willingness to undertake the training.
Desirable Qualifications
· Food Safety certificate (can be arranged if expired)
Essential Experience
· Previous experience supporting or caring for children within the relevant age group.
· Knowledge of child protection practices, or willingness to complete the required training.
Desirable Experience
· Ability to use own initiative.
· Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own.

Pay: £13.47-£14.59 per hour
