Please note successful candidates must be able to travel to Lakeside.
Candidates who have previous experience in perfume & beauty retail are preferred.
Job Description
You will be part of an expert team driving brand awareness and sales, while making each of our customers feel special every day. You’re passionate about exceptional service and luxury perfume.
· Become a product expert, sharing your exceptional fragrance knowledge and passion with customers and colleagues.
· You will be a team player and collaborate with colleagues to ensure you deliver a service that puts the customer at the heart of everything.
· Become credible through your product knowledge and be able to confidently demonstrate this through your interactions with customers – it means you will be able to match the right product to the right customer.
· Maintain the kiosk quality and merchandising including appearance and cleanliness of the kiosk, the ability to follow merchandising guidelines and ensure on shelf product availability.
· Understanding of all systems and POS procedures. We rely on you to ensure prompt and efficient sales transactions and full compliance.
You’ll have the opportunity to attend DXB Perfume training with the opportunity to develop yourself within your role. This will open up career paths such as becoming a Kiosk Manager and even a Business or Area Manager in the future.
About You
· Ability to work flexibility during retail hours, which is likely to include evenings, weekends and holidays (except Christmas day).
· Have a desire to learn fundamental product knowledge (features, benefits, usage).
· Generate sales to achieve sales target by applying brand selling method, product knowledge and able to follow basic service flow.
· Are comfortable to traffic stop when relevant, to share DXB Perfume products with more people.
· Develop positive relationships with kiosk managers and head office.
· Be a brand ambassador with your attitude.
· Convey passion and master story telling.
· Connect with our clients and provide exceptional customer service.
· A proven track record in a sales target driven environment and used to exceeding goals professionally
· We offer an excellent rate of commission providing that you hit and exceed your sales targets. Salary displayed is including sales commission.
