Warehouse Operative (Mon-Fri Days / Weekends Off)
Location: Deeside (CH5 2)
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Perm
Shifts: Monday to Friday | 07:00 – 15:30 (Flexible day hours)
The Magnus Search Team is currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives on behalf of our client, a well-known, established leader in the logistics and distribution sectors based in Deeside.

Core Responsibilities
This is a physical, fast-paced warehouse position. Daily duties will include:
- Handballing containers and unloading/reloading lorries quickly and efficiently.
- Re-palletising products and manual handling.
- Heavy lifting of items within a busy warehouse environment.
- Ensuring work is completed safely and accurately to meet distribution deadlines.
- Assisting with other general warehouse duties as requested by management.
What We Are Looking For
- Commitment to a long-term role with excellent reliability and timekeeping.
- A reasonable level of written and spoken English.
- Ability to handle a physically demanding role involving heavy lifting and manual handling.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar environment is preferred.
- A positive, team-focused attitude with a desire to learn.
