We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Registered Manager to lead and grow an established Home Care branch in Felbridge West Sussex.

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the day-to-day operations of the Home Care branch
- Driving sustainable growth across care delivery and business performance
- Developing and expanding the client base within the local community
- Recruiting, mentoring, and retaining high-performing care teams
- Ensuring outstanding standards of care and full regulatory compliance
- Building strong relationships with service users, families, and stakeholders
- Monitoring KPIs and creating strategies to achieve branch targets
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within Home Care or Domiciliary Care
- Strong understanding of CQC requirements and compliance standards
- A proven track record of branch growth and operational success
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver results
- A resilient, hands-on, and proactive approach
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
