Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. Located in Ipswich, this role is vital in providing high-quality home care services to individuals with complex care needs , ensuring their comfort and well-being while supporting their daily needs.

About the Role:
As a carer, you will be supporting clients with a range of complex care needs, including but not limited to:
- Neurological conditions (e.g., MS, Parkinson’s, brain injuries)
- Spinal cord injuries
- Tracheostomy and ventilator care
- PEG feeding
- Epilepsy and seizure management
- Learning disabilities and challenging behaviours
You will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by delivering person-centred care tailored to their individual needs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in complex care is essential
- Relevant qualifications in Health & Social Care (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent preferred)
- Training or experience in tracheostomy care, ventilators, PEG feeding, bowel management and/or seizure management is essential.
- A compassionate, patient, and professional approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Right to work in the UK
- A valid driver’s licence is essential
