About the Role

This is a physical, dynamic role where no two days are the same. You will be an essential part of our construction team, ensuring daily operations run smoothly, safely, and on schedule.
What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day:
- Site Preparation: Assisting with the setup and clearing of the construction site, including moving materials and setting up safety barriers.
- Supporting Trades: Working closely with skilled tradespersons (bricklayers, carpenters, etc.) by supplying tools and materials to keep operations moving efficiently.
- Equipment & Tools: Safely operating basic hand tools, power tools, and machinery after proper induction and training.
- Material Handling: Unloading deliveries, organizing inventory, and ensuring building materials are stored correctly to minimize waste and hazards.
- Health & Safety: Maintaining a clean, organized site and strictly adhering to all UK health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience working on a construction site or in a labor-intensive role (e.g., groundworks, warehousing) is highly desirable, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are what matter most.
- Skills: Physically fit and capable of handling the manual demands of a construction environment. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Safety First: A strong awareness of site safety and a commitment to wearing correct PPE at all times.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and a strong team player with a positive attitude towards outdoor work.
