TMM is delighted to be partnering with a high-growth, international business who are looking to appoint a Senior Legal Advisor/Counsel.
In this role, you will provide commercially focused legal advice across a broad range of matters, including commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and strategic business initiatives. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will help enable growth, manage risk, and support value creation across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on a wide range of commercial agreements
- Providing pragmatic legal support to international business operations
- Advising on compliance, regulatory, and corporate governance matters
- Partnering with business leaders to identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks
- Supporting strategic projects, business growth initiatives, and value creation activities
- Contributing to the development and implementation of legal processes and best practices
Requirements:
- Qualified Lawyer with substantial in-house legal experience. Non qualified may be considered dependent on experience
- Strong background in commercial contracts and general corporate/commercial matters
- Experience supporting international businesses and cross-border operations
- Commercially minded, with the ability to balance legal risk with business objectives
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Previous experience in a private equity-backed environment is advantageous
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth setting
