Job Summary
Bentley’s Barbers in Lincoln is looking for a fully qualified, experienced barber to join our busy, friendly shop. This is a self-employed position, giving you the freedom to set your own hours and manage your own clients, while working in an established and welcoming environment. Ensuring an outstanding customer experience. You will be responsible for meeting the individual needs of each client while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Duties
- Provide high-quality hair styling and barbering services, including cuts, shaves
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication.
- Manage your own appointments and schedule
- Open and lock up the shop when needed
- Maintain a clean and professional workspace
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Fully qualified barber with proven experience
- Existing client base preferred
- Trustworthy, reliable, and self-motivated
- Professional attitude and good communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
