We have partnered with a fantastic SEN school in North Somerset, wo are looking for dedicated aspiring educators to support their pupils for the minimum of the academic year.
The Opportunity:
- Teaching Assistant - SEN School
- Graduates with a 2:2 or above Hons degree required*
- Aspiring educational psychologists/ SEN Teachers
- 1-2-1 & Small Group work
- SEN School near Nailsea - 25 Minutes from Bristol
- Full-time roles – Monday - Friday
- Starting in September - July 2027
Key Responsibilities:
- Working alongside the class teacher to support children who need support in the classroom.
- Supporting children with an EHCP alongside the SEN team
- Leading sessions outside of the classroom with children both 1-2-1 and small groups
- Planning and resourcing intervention sessions
- Working alongside other professionals to assess children
- Supporting children pastorally to enable them to feel safe and secure both at school and at home.
