Outbox Recruitment is recruiting self-employed Delivery Drivers to deliver parcels from a depot in Plymouth.
This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for consistent work, strong daily rates, and weekly pay, with full operational support provided.
Van owners are welcome, or you can hire a van through our client.
Pay and Earnings
SWB Drivers: £185 per day (£222 incl. VAT)
LWB Drivers: £195 per day (£234 incl. VAT)
Typical weekly earnings: £1,110 – £1,404 (based on 5–6 days worked)
Weekly pay every Friday

Paid training: £121.50 per day
£500 Sign-On Bonus
Receive an extra £100 bonus for every 10 routes completed, up to a total £500 sign-on bonus.

Use your own van (must be suitable for multi-drop delivery work), or

SWB Van: £215 per week + VAT
LWB Van: £245 per week + VAT
No upfront deposit – spread at £50 per week over 12 weeks
Includes insurance, servicing, and breakdown cover

Working Pattern
Flexible working: 5–6 days per week (minimum 5 preferred)
Average route time: around 9 hours per day
The Role
Deliver parcels to homes and businesses across Plymouth and surrounding areas
Use a handheld device to follow pre-planned routes
Load and deliver parcels safely and efficiently
Provide a professional and friendly service
Requirements
Full UK or EU driving licence (held for at least 1 year)
Maximum 6 points (no DD, DR or IN endorsements)
Able to pass a background check (£49 fee deducted from pay)
Physically fit and able to handle parcels
Smartphone (iOS or Android)
Reliable and self-motivated
Owner drivers must have a suitable van for parcel delivery work
