About the Role
justteachers is recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the Boston area. The school is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team on a part‑time basis from September 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful primary school in the centre of Boston, which is part of a multi-academy trust. The school value all staff and provide continuous CPD and internal training.
Responsibilites:
- Providing classroom support across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Supporting pupils with a wide range of learning, social and emotional needs
- Delivering small‑group work and occasional 1:1 support
- Assisting class teachers with learning activities, behaviour support and engagement
- Helping to maintain a positive, inclusive and well‑structured learning environment
Requirements:
- Experience working with children in a school or similar setting, that can be referenced
- A flexible, patient and proactive approach to supporting learning
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
- TA Level 3 qualification preferred
