Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, confident Bartender to join our team. You’ll be serving drinks, chatting with guests and helping create a great atmosphere. If you’ve worked in a bar before and enjoy hospitality, we’d love to hear from you.
We offer an hourly wage plus a share of service charge (tronc), which is distributed fairly among the team. This means your total earnings will be higher than your base rate.
What you’ll do
- Make and serve drinks (cocktails, spirits, beers, soft drinks)
- Welcome guests, take orders and serve quickly and professionally
- Keep the bar clean, stocked and organised
- Check ID and follow all alcohol‑licensing rules
- Handle cash/card payments and manage tabs
- Restock drinks, garnishes and supplies during your shift
- Chat with guests and recommend drinks or specials
- Follow all hygiene and safety standards
What we’re looking for
- Experience in hospitality or bar work
- Good knowledge of responsible alcohol service
- Able to handle busy periods and multiple orders
- Confident with cash handling
- Good communication and a friendly personality
- Professional appearance
- Able to work evenings and weekends
