Nursery Manager – Andover, Hampshire SP10
Salary: £42,000–£50,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday | Shifts between 8:00am–6:00pm
Contract: Permanent, all year round

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a passionate Nursery Manager to join our wonderful nursery in Andover, Hampshire SP10.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated leader to take ownership of a beautiful newly opened setting. Whether you are an experienced Deputy Manager, Third in Charge, or existing Nursery Manager, this role offers the chance to build a strong team culture, drive high standards of care and education, and make a real impact within a growing nursery. The setting is fully staffed, resourced, and operational, providing an excellent foundation for success. This is a predominantly office-based position with weekly reporting updates to the nursery owner.

Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the nursery team on a daily basis
- Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
- Oversee delivery of the EYFS curriculum
- Support, coach, and develop staff performance
- Maintain Ofsted and statutory compliance
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and professionals
- Manage occupancy, admissions, and parent communications
- Create a positive, supportive, and professional working environment
About You
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous leadership experience within an early years setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Passion for early childhood education and development
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Good knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety requirements
- Eligible to work in the UK
