- About the Role - As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to children, adults, and elderly individuals. You will assist with daily living activities, personal care and well being support, helping service users maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities -
* Deliver person-centered care and support tailored to individual needs
* Assist with personal care and daily living activities
* Support service users in their day-to-day routines
* Work with children, adults, and elderly individuals in various settings
* Take initiative and lead shifts when required
* Maintain accurate records and follow care/support plans
* Communicate effectively with families and other professionals Requirements
* Confidence in working independently and leading shifts when required
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude
* Passion for supporting vulnerable individuals and promoting well being
