Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced multi trade operative to join our team, on a self employed basis. This is a superb opportunity for someone who excels across carpentry, tiling, painting, and general building works. As a contractor, you will collaborate with our team on varied commercial and residential projects, bringing your skills and professionalism to every task.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and organisation of materials and resources required for daily activities.
- Support team members in completing assigned tasks accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to the smooth running of operations by following established procedures and protocols.
- Repair, renovate, and refurbish existing structures and interiors
- Coordinate with site managers, team members, and other trades
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure clarity of tasks and expectations.
Requirements
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work output.
- Good communication skills,
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
- Must have own tools and transport
- A positive attitude and reliability, are essential qualities for success in this position.
Rate depending on experience.
