We are looking for an experienced Laser setter / operator to join a busy manufacturing business in Loughborough LE11.
This is a temp to perm opportunity with steady hours, premium overtime, and the chance to join a growing laser team.

The role
- Setting and Operating a Laser Machine
- Working from detailed engineering drawings
- Select the correct tooling, dies, and machine settings
- Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy
- Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Working in a busy engineering team
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in setting and operating a Laser
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- 3+ years of experience working with mid to heavy gauge mild steel
- Someone who can hit the ground running and work on their own initiative
