The Drovers Inn is a high paced hotel and bar on the West Highland way at the North of Loch Lomond.
This can be a live in position with accommodation, utilities and meals supplied 3 times a day, unless willing/looking to commute.
Must have experience in:
- A high volume and fast paced kitchen environment
- Dealing with suppliers, issues that arise and building relationships
- Team Management and Development
- Quality controls and high food standards
- FIFO and excellent stock controls and handling
- Food safety level 3
- Menu Development and specials
- Experience working to high EHO standards including paperwork, checks and safety
- Includes breakfast/lunch/evening service 5 days
- Complying with all health and safety regulations and hygiene legislation.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong leadership team building skills.
- Ability to cost, control labor and stock.
- Ability to create exciting pub dishes to please everyone.
- A keen interest in pursuing a culinary career.
- The ability to work in a fast paced and high pressured environment.
- Availability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as per business need.
Competitive salary's dependent on experience.
