Sales & Lettings Negotiator - Full Time

Anthony Jones Properties is looking for a full-time Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team at our office in Darlington.
This is a client-facing role within a premium independent estate agency, suited to someone with estate agency, lettings or property experience who wants to work in a more refined and professional environment.
We represent some of the finest homes across Darlington, Wynyard and the surrounding areas, alongside residential sales, lettings, land and new homes. The standard of our properties, marketing and client service is high, and our expectations of the successful candidate reflect that.
The right person will be confident, polished, organised and commercially aware, with the ability to deal with clients, buyers, tenants and landlords in a professional and reassuring manner.
About the role
This is a varied role within a busy and growing property business. You will be involved in both sales and lettings, supporting the team with enquiries, viewings, applicant management, client communication and general agency activity.
You will often be one of the first points of contact for clients and applicants, so the ability to make a strong impression, communicate clearly and represent the business properly is essential.
Key responsibilities
- Handling incoming enquiries from buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants
- Registering applicants and understanding their requirements
- Booking and confirming viewings, valuations and appointments
- Carrying out accompanied viewings where required
- Following up viewings and providing clear, timely feedback to clients
- Supporting the sales team with offers, negotiations and client updates
- Assisting with lettings enquiries, tenant applications and landlord communication
- Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
- Supporting the preparation and launch of new properties
- Maintaining regular contact with applicants and clients
- Providing a high standard of customer care throughout the sales and lettings process
- Representing Anthony Jones Properties professionally at all times
The person we are looking for
This role would suit someone who has already gained experience in estate agency, lettings or a closely related property role and is now looking to develop within a premium, independent agency.

- Highly organised, reliable and accurate
