Hustlers Only is a growing gymwear brand dedicated to creating high-performance apparel for athletes and fitness enthusiasts. We’re looking for a driven Digital Marketing Executive to help us scale our online presence and build strong relationships within the fitness community.
The Role
We’re seeking a digital marketing executive with hands-on experience managing social media, paid advertising, and e-commerce integrations. This role blends digital campaign management with offline brand partnerships and event representation — perfect for someone who’s equally comfortable behind a laptop and out building relationships face-to-face.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage content across Instagram, Snapchat, and other relevant social platforms
- Run and optimise paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), tracking performance and ROI
- Manage and integrate marketing efforts with our Shopify store (product promotions, tracking, landing pages, etc.)
- Identify and reach out to gyms, training centres, and fitness studios to arrange meetings and introduce the brand for potential partnerships/stockist opportunities
- Represent the brand at fitness expos and trade events across the UK and Europe (occasional travel required)
- Monitor analytics across platforms and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategy as needed
- Stay current on fitness/gymwear industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within fashion, fitness, or e-commerce
- Practical knowledge of Instagram and Snapchat marketing/content strategy
- Experience running and optimising MetaAds campaigns
- Familiarity with Shopify and integrating marketing tools/apps within it
- Confident communicator, comfortable approaching and pitching to businesses (gyms, studios) in person or via phone/email
- Willingness to travel occasionally for expos and events across the UK/Europe
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple projects at once
- A genuine interest in fitness/gymwear is a big plus
Pay: £32,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
