Dental Elite are recruiting for a Practice Manager to join a well-established predominantly private practice in Harrogate with a small NHS contract.
This is a great opportunity for a patient-focused leader to take ownership of day-to-day operations, support the team, and help drive the continued growth of the practice.
About the Role
- Position: Practice Manager
- Location: Harrogate
- Contract: Part-time (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
- Working Hours: 08:30 – 17:30
- Start Date: Flexible
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the practice
- Manage rotas, staffing, and workflow efficiency
- Drive practice growth through marketing and patient engagement
- Monitor and manage KPIs and performance targets
- Maintain high standards of patient care and service delivery
- Support the team and ensure a positive working environment
Ideal Candidate
- Previous Practice Manager or leadership experience
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Patient-focused with excellent communication skills
- Experience with marketing and business growth strategies
- Ability to manage KPIs and performance targets effectively

Requirements
