Summary
We are seeking a Female Home Care Worker to join our compassionate team in North Walsham and the Norwich area. In this role you will play a vital part in supporting our clients independence and well-being by providing high quality care that align with our mission of compassionate support.

IMMEDIATE starts available if your enhanced DBS is registered on the update service & training up to date.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily activities such as personal care, mobility and meal preparation.
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions.
- Document client progress and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to clients.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of care.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in home care or a related healthcare setting.
- Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations with calmness and professionalism.
- Valid driving license is required.
- Flexibility to adapt to clients' needs.
