Landscape Technician – Grow Your Career with Armstrong Gardens and Landscapes
Are you passionate about working outdoors and ready to take the next step in your landscaping career? We're looking for a Landscape Technician to join our growing team – someone hands-on, reliable, and eager to learn the trade from the ground up.
This role is perfect for someone who already has some experience in landscaping or a similar field and is ready to develop their skills with the goal of progressing into a Junior Landscaper role and beyond.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting experienced landscapers on-site with day-to-day tasks
- Helping with site prep, groundwork, turfing, planting, and basic builds
- Learning on the job and developing practical landscaping skills
- Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organised
- Taking pride in quality work and being a key part of the team
What We’re Looking For
- Ideally some hands-on experience in landscaping, gardening, or construction
- A strong work ethic and positive, can-do attitude
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weathers
- A full UK driving licence is a big bonus
