Our team is growing, and this is a wonderful opportunity to be part of that growth. We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our expanding team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality care and education, helping to shape children’s early experiences and support their development.
Duties:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
- Support children's physical, emotional, and social development
- Monitor and supervise children during indoor and outdoor playtime
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
- Communicate with parents/guardians about their child's day, progress, and any concerns
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures
Skills:
- Passion for working with young children
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Patience, empathy, and understanding towards children's needs
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
