Duties / Responsibilities – Warwick Depot
Generator Power is the UK’s largest independent generator company, with over 26 years’ experience and 11 depots across the UK, including Trackway Solutions, providing national coverage. As part of our team at Warwick, you will be responsible for:
- General labouring duties
- Maintain tidiness of workshop and yard areas, including daily sweeping
- Preparation and storage of cables
- Washing of generators and equipment
- Liaise with Storeperson regarding yard requirements
- Collect fencing and other materials as required
- Address minor maintenance issues at depot and residential properties
- Collection of goods and materials
- Undertake minor repairs or ad-hoc tasks as requested by MD or PA
- Loading and unloading of equipment
- Promote teamwork and cooperation within the depot and across all Generator Power depots
- Safeguard all company assets; no equipment leaves the depot without correct documentation
- Treat all colleagues and customers professionally and respectfully
- Always act in the best interests of Generator Power and uphold the company’s reputation
- Work responsibly and safely in line with Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001)
- Handle all information in accordance with GDPR 2018
- Proactively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Carry out any reasonable ad-hoc duties requested by the Line Manager or Management Team
