We are seeking a reliable, hard-working, and detail-focused Housekeeper to join our friendly pub team with five en-suite bedrooms. This role is an important part of ensuring our guests enjoy a warm, comfortable, and memorable stay.
Main responsibilities include maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the guest bedrooms, dining room, bar, toilets, and all public areas. Duties will include cleaning rooms, changing bedding, replenishing toiletries, ensuring communal spaces remain tidy, and reporting any maintenance issues. Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation are essential.
Alongside housekeeping responsibilities, the role will also involve assisting with breakfast service. Experience serving breakfast and preparing basic items is preferred. Confidence using a coffee machine and making hot drinks to a good standard would be a strong advantage, although training can be provided.
This position primarily covers weekends, with occasional holiday and sickness cover required during the week, so flexibility is key. We can offer either one shift per weekend or both days, with one weekend off each month.
