Maison de Boeuf is our romantic Parisian steakhouse in Cardiff’s Castle Arcade, with a simple fixed-price menu, a beautiful cocktail bar and an electric dining atmosphere. We’re hiring floor staff who can deliver warm, confident service in a busy, high-quality room where the details matter.
Location: 21-25 Castle Arcade, Cardiff, CF10 1BU
Pay: £12.91 per hour + £3 per hour from the tipjar (on average). 100% of the tipjar goes to the team.
Hours: Full-time and part-time available
Experience: Open to all, full training provided
What you’ll be doing
- Welcoming guests and seating them with warmth and confidence
- Taking food and drink orders accurately and confidently
- Talking guests through the menu and making thoughtful recommendations
- Running food and drinks at the right pace, beautifully presented
- Clearing and resetting tables to Maison standards
- Supporting your team across the floor and bar throughout service
Who we’re after
A naturally hospitable, attentive person who enjoys looking after guests properly. You are calm, confident, willing to upsell and proud of the small details that make a restaurant feel special. Experience is welcome, full training is provided either way.
