Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
Experience
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality practices and customer service excellence.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations is an advantage.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
