Position: Spa Duty Manager

Carden Park Hotel has an exciting opportunity to join their team in their luxury award winning 5* Spa. We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail and the drive for delivering world class guest service as Spa Duty Manager. Your day with Team Carden:
As Spa Duty Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional and memorable experience. Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming, hosting, and engaging with guests to deliver outstanding service during their stay
- Proactively managing and resolving guest feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Ensuring all spa areas are immaculate, well-presented, and fully operational at all times
- Supervising, motivating, and organising the team effectively during your shift
- Driving sales opportunities and promoting spa services and retail offerings
- Leading by example to maintain high standards of teamwork and performance
About You:
- Previous experience in a spa supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support a team
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest service in line with company standards
- Confident in handling guest queries and complaints with professionalism and care
- Solid knowledge and understanding of spa operations and the wider spa industry
Due to the rural location of Carden Park, applicants should have access to a vehicle or reliable transport methods
