Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated TR19 Grease Hygiene Operative to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance of grease systems in accordance with TR19 standards
- Use hand tools and power tools to access and service grease points safely
- Inspect grease systems for signs of wear, damage, or blockages and report findings accordingly
- Assist with the disassembly and reassembly of components using appropriate tools
- Maintain detailed records of work carried out, including inspections, repairs, and cleaning schedules
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe working environment at all times
- Support the team during maintenance projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
Skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to maintenance tasks
- Experience or knowledge of construction or industrial maintenance is desirable
- Ability to interpret technical diagrams and instructions related to grease systems
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
- Physically fit to perform manual tasks, including lifting and manoeuvring equipment as required

Pay: £24,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
