Recruitment Consultant – Contracting Division (St Neots, Hybrid)
We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Contracting Division, supporting our UK clients within the Fire and Security industry.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes real pride in delivering an outstanding service. In the contracting team, we don’t just fill bookings - we build long-term partnerships with both our clients and subcontractors - built on trust, consistency, and quality.
You’ll play a key role in supplying skilled subcontractors to projects across the UK, ensuring our clients receive a reliable, responsive, and high-quality service at every stage.
The Role
You will manage the full lifecycle of contract recruitment, including:
- Developing new business opportunities, building and growing your own contract desk
- Discussing job briefs, understanding project scope, timelines, and site requirements
- Sourcing, qualifying and on-boarding subcontractors
- Managing contractor availability, bookings, and scheduling
- Maintaining a strong, active pipeline of subcontractors to meet client demand
- Delivering a high standard of service to clients ensuring excellent communication and access to high-quality subcontractors
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and contractors
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure smooth and consistent delivery
This is a fast-moving role where requirements can change quickly - organisation, communication, and attention to detail are key.

The Package
- £30,000 – £35,000 per annum + commission
- 25 days’ holiday + Christmas shutdown + bank holidays
- 37.5 hours per week
