Salary: £30,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission
Realistic OTE: £45,000+

Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Two Saturdays per month (with a day off in lieu provided)
The Opportunity
Our client is one of the North West's leading retailers within the interiors and home improvement sector and is seeking an ambitious and customer-focused Sales Executive to join their growing showroom team in Limavady.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced retail sales professional who enjoys working with customers, building relationships and helping people transform their homes.
Working within a modern showroom environment, you will guide customers through a wide range of premium products including bathrooms, tiles, flooring, wall panelling and interior finishes, delivering an outstanding customer experience from initial enquiry through to sale.
This role offers significant earning potential for someone who is commercially driven and passionate about both customer service and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers into the showroom and provide a first-class customer experience.
- Understand customers' requirements and advise on suitable products and solutions.
- Build strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge across bathrooms, tiles, flooring, wall panelling and related products.
- Prepare quotations and manage customer orders accurately.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell complementary products.
- Manage enquiries via telephone, email and in person.
- Utilise CRM and internal systems to maintain accurate customer records.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
- Resolve customer queries or issues professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain exceptional showroom presentation standards at all times.
- Keep up to date with new product ranges, promotions and market trends.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within a customer-facing sales environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office packages.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Commercially aware with a strong desire to achieve results.
- Professional, personable and customer focused.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
Highly Desirable:
- Experience within bathrooms, flooring, kitchens, furniture, interiors, builders merchants or home improvement retail.
- Experience using CRM systems, Sage or similar business software.
- CAD design experience or experience using design software.
- Previous experience working within a showroom sales environment.

- £30,000 basic salary.
