About the Role
We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our supportive healthcare team in Bristol.
You will provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care, supporting residents’ physical and emotional well-being while maintaining dignity, safety, and comfort.
This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys meaningful, hands-on clinical work in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe and effective nursing care
- Administer and manage medications and treatments
- Develop and review individual care plans
- Monitor and assess patients’ physical and mental health
- Provide clinical guidance and emotional support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
- Work closely with doctors, therapists, and wider care teams
- Respond to emergencies and escalate concerns appropriately
- Support daily care needs when required
- Ensure compliance with all clinical standards and policies
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Valid NMC registration (RGN)
- Minimum 6 Months experience in UK healthcare or care settings
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good IT and documentation skills
- Professional, caring, and empathetic approach
Desirable:
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Minimum 3 years professional references
