Collection & Delivery Driver - South East & South West London
Location: London
Hours: 45 hours per week (various shift patterns available)
Monday-Friday:
- Day Shift: 06:30-16:00
- Afternoon Shift: 09:00-18:30
Tuesday-Saturday:
- Tuesday-Friday: 09:00-18:30
- Saturday: 06:30-16:00
Salary: From £31,633.36 per annum
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Igloo is looking for Collection & Delivery Drivers to join a busy automotive operation in London. This role involves the safe and professional collection and delivery of vehicles across a large network, including workshops, dealerships, and other operational sites.
This position requires a reliable and customer-focused individual who can deliver a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
As a Collection & Delivery Driver, your responsibilities will include:
- Collecting and delivering vehicles across multiple locations within London
- Ensuring all vehicles are handled, transported, and presented to a high standard
- Completing all relevant paperwork and processes accurately
- Communicating effectively with operational teams regarding collections and deliveries
- Driving vehicles safely and responsibly, in line with all road traffic regulations
- Providing a professional and courteous service at all times
- Supporting the wider team and assisting with additional duties when required
The Person:
- Previous experience in a similar driving role
- Good geographical knowledge of London
- Full UK Driving Licence (minimum category C1 – 3.5t to 7.5t)
- No previous driving disqualifications (DR, CD, DD, IN or TT99 endorsements will not be accepted)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
- Positive and flexible approach to work
Additional Requirements:
- All successful candidates will be required to pass NPPV1/CTC vetting
