Summary
We are seeking a Ground Worker or Labourer to join our team in Surrey Quays. This role is vital in supporting our mission to complete projects efficiently and to the highest standards. The successful candidate will become part of one of our flagship teams, traveling to sites in our company vans.
Responsibilities
- Assist in all aspects of groundworks and site preparation.
- Support the team in maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision.
- Help with site clearance and material handling.
- Follow instructions from site managers and supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to the timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Qualifications
- Previous experience in groundworks or construction preferred.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Good physical fitness and stamina.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
- Willingness to travel as part of the role.
- Valid driving license is advantageous.
