Next Level are the sister company to Reflections Training Academy, and we are currently looking to recruit, a full-time, enthusiastic and self-motivated Learner Engagement/Enrolment Co-ordinator for our Bristol Academy.

Position Overview
As our Learner Engagement & Enrolment Officer, you will be the first point of contact for individuals joining our programmes. You’ll support learners from initial enquiry through to enrolment, ensuring they feel welcomed, informed and excited about their next steps.
Your work will include:
- Engaging with young people and adults to promote our programmes and signpost them to the most suitable options
- Conducting 1:1 starting point consultations to understand learner goals, barriers and aspirations, matching them to the right programme.
- Building strong relationships with learners, employers and referral partners.
- Working with new and existing employers in arranging placements, interviews and successful employment opportunities
- Organising and attending recruitment events, open days, workshops and outreach activities offering a flexible approach and embracing the business needs
- Working closely with the leadership and marketing teams to continually improve the learner journey.
- Support throughout the learners and employer process to ensure that recruitment targets are met.
- Monitoring engagement and recruitment data to help shape strategy and maximise impact.
You’ll play a key role in creating a safe, supportive, empowering environment where learners feel seen, valued and capable of achieving more than they thought possible.
Candidate Qualities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Warm, confident and able to build rapport quickly.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A genuine passion for helping people grow, develop and succeed.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital systems.
- Experience supporting young people or adults in education, training, employability or community settings is desirable but not essential
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle
