We pride ourselves on flawless product consistency, high-quality specialty coffee, ceremonial matcha, and fresh juices, all served with a minimalist aesthetic and a welcoming, high-energy vibe.
The Role
We are looking for a skilled, charismatic Part-Time Barista & Server to join our small team. You will be the face of the shop during peak morning and lunch rushes, crafting exceptional drinks, engaging with our regulars, and maintaining an organised working space.
What You’ll Do
- Dial in, extract, and serve high-quality specialty coffee and build repeat-customer loyalty with your hospitality.
- Prepare and whisk premium, ceremonial-grade matcha and pour fresh juices to exact brand standards.
- Manage a fast-paced takeaway queue efficiently while maintaining a warm, calm, and friendly demeanor.
- Keep the bar area, equipment, and front-of-house meticulously clean, organized, and stocked.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions smoothly and accurately.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced specialty coffee shop or high-volume hospitality environment.
- Skills: Strong espresso extraction skills, milk texturing/latte art, and an eye for consistency. Experience with matcha or fresh juices is a major plus.
- Vibe: Punctual, reliable, and naturally energetic. You enjoy a fast takeaway environment and love building a genuine rapport with regulars.
- Availability: Flexible across morning or lunch shifts, primarily Monday through Friday possible saturday shift
