Location: Travel to Farnborough, Guildford and surrounding areas & other customer sites as necessary with frequent contact at Head Office in Wokingham
Salary: Total package circa £32,000 per annum. Company vehicle or mileage allowance, commission opportunities, on target revenue bonus.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week at times required to service customer sites

The role:
Reporting to one of our Operations Managers, you will oversee the day‑to‑day management of 30–40 customer sites across Farnborough, Guildford and surrounding areas. You will supervise approximately 40–60 part‑time cleaning staff, lead recruitment and training where needed, and carry out regular quality audits with customers.
Your goal is to ensure consistently high cleaning standards, excellent customer care, and engaged, well‑supported site teams.
What you’ll do:
· Conduct regular site audits and follow up on any actions
· Maintain frequent customer contact to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues
· Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness at all sites
· Recruit, train and manage cleaning staff
· Uphold all health and safety requirements
· Communicate regularly with site teams regarding site-specific needs
· Plan, deliver and monitor ongoing training for operatives
· Provide performance feedback and proactively address concerns
· Monitor stock levels and ensure adequate supplies of materials and consumables
· Ensure sites are fully staffed, including arranging holiday and absence cover
· Submit fortnightly pay sheets and complete other admin tasks such as holiday forms and payroll updates
· Carry out any other duties as directed by the Operations Manager
· Attend regular meetings with the Operations Manager and Head of Operations at our Wokingham head office

What you’ll need:
· Experience in the cleaning sector (essential)
· Experience managing a team
· A valid UK driver’s license, satisfactory references and right to work in the UK
