Duties

- Managing appointment schedules and patient records with organisational precision.
- Providing post-treatment advice and instructions to patients.
- Supporting administrative tasks such as updating patient information using IT systems.
- Ensuring the dental operatory is clean, organised, and fully stocked at all times.
- Communicating effectively with patients, team members, and external providers to facilitate smooth operations.
Qualifications
- recognised qualification as a Dental Nurse (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in patient care within a dental setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good IT literacy, including familiarity with dental practice management software.
- Knowledge of nursing principles relevant to dental care.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while demonstrating professionalism and empathy.
