Sales Lister – Estate Agency
We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Sales Lister to join our growing estate agency team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for winning new instructions, carrying out market appraisals, building strong relationships with vendors, and driving business growth within the local property market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property valuations and market appraisals
- Win new residential sales instructions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide expert advice on pricing and marketing strategies
- Generate new business through proactive canvassing and networking
Requirements:
- Previous estate agency experience preferred
- Proven ability to win instructions and generate business
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, professional and target-driven
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.

Property Marketing & Social Media
- Writing property descriptions and sales adverts
- Creating and uploading marketing materials
- Managing and updating company social media accounts
- Coordinating professional photography, floorplans, and brochures
- Supporting marketing campaigns and brand promotion
- Generating new marketing ideas to attract buyers and vendors
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Previous estate agency or property industry experience
- Experience managing property portals (Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket)
- Marketing or social media management experience
- Experience using Canva, Adobe, or similar design software
