We are looking for experienced full and part time FOH individual's to contribute to our lovely team and provide exceptional service to our amazing community. This is not a position for inexperienced candidates... We are busy and fast pased so ... You must be 18 or over to be able to carry out your duties, have Pace and the right personality to work in a hospitality, licensed environment .
Preferably we are looking for professional experience from a busy independant or branded restaurant and bar background.

Duties
- Engage with customers on the floor sections or as a bartender in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent guest services. We like our team members to have a full and indepth knowledge of the food and drink offer.
- Prepare and serve a variety of food & beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, according to established recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Utilize your knowledge of basic maths to process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate drink orders with food service.
- Upsell special promotions and menu items to enhance the guest experience.
Experience
- Previous experience working in a restaurant pub or hospitality setting is essential. A team player with a positive attitude and a confidence to engage and guide our guests through the Rams Head experience.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively during busy periods.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations is beneficial for seamless coordination with the culinary team.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols to ensure the well-being of our guests.
- A passion for providing top-notch customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
