Mixing and serving drinks
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Follow standard recipes
- Serve wine, beer, and mixed drinks
- Upsell drinks when appropriate
Taking orders
- Take orders from customers and servers
- Confirm orders, including special requests
- Check completed orders with the original order
Cleaning and organizing
- Clean glasses and bar utensils
- Clean and organize the bar throughout the shift
- Maintain ice, glasses, and other bar supplies
Interacting with customers
- Verify the identification and age of customers
- Engage with customers
