Duties

- Handle guest enquiries politely via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
Skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is desirable
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of guest service principles and hospitality standards
- Experience in serving drinks and food, with an understanding of responsible alcohol service
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle guest enquiries professionally
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Friendly demeanour with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
