Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Live Event and Exhibition Hosts to represent our organisation at various events and exhibitions. The ideal candidates will possess excellent management, hospitality, and guest service skills, ensuring a welcoming and engaging experience for all attendees. Duties
- Welcome guests and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Provide information about the event or exhibition, guiding attendees as needed
- Manage registration processes, including sign-in procedures and distribution of materials
- Assist with event logistics, ensuring smooth flow of activities throughout the event
- Address guest enquiries promptly and courteously, resolving any issues that arise
- Support event setup and breakdown, including organising materials and displays
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of guest services at all times
- Promote engagement through active interaction and personalised attention to attendees
Experience
- Previous experience in management, hospitality, or guest services is highly desirable
- Proven ability to engage with diverse audiences in a professional manner
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience working in live events or exhibitions is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- A proactive attitude with the flexibility to adapt to dynamic environments
