On behalf of our globally respected client who develop cutting-edge technologies that deliver clean, safe and competitive solutions to meet the planet's vital power needs we are looking for a number of Flexible Team Members for a 12 months contract based in Rotherham.
Job description - the role
As a Flexible Team Member, you will:
- follow technical instructions and operate high-tech robotic machinery
- craft patterns in wax ready for casting
- measure and check blades to ensure they reach our high standards
- gather data using digital apps
- contribute to production plans
- help us find ways to improve our processes and reduce costs
There’s a lot of attention to detail involved, but there’s also plenty of variety in what you do each day and a great sense of achievement at the end of it.
This role is for you, if you:
- can follow processes and detailed instructions
- take responsibility for your own development
- can support colleagues and work well moving from team to team
- always look for ways to improve
- take pride in producing good work
- are reliable, adaptable and safety conscious
- are comfortable working a mix of day and night shifts.
