We are located 4 minutes walk from the Elizabeth line, 8 minutes from North Acton and have a free car park.
Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team on a 4-day per week basis. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will work with a team maintaining high standards of care and education for all children. Hours are 8am to 6pm, four set days a week. No shift work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the nursery's ethos and policies.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for children
- Build strong partnerships with parents and caregivers, fostering open communication and collaboration in their child's learning journey.
Requirements:
- Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education
- Qualifications from outside the UK must be verified by NARIC
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and statutory requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and upholding best practices in early childhood education.
