Breakfast Cook – Part Time
We are looking for a reliable and friendly Breakfast Cook to join our team.
This is a straightforward breakfast service role within a buffet-style setup. Guests help themselves to a self-service breakfast buffet, with the successful candidate responsible for preparing and maintaining the breakfast items throughout service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Cooking and preparing all standard breakfast items for the buffet
- Keeping chafing dishes stocked, fresh, and presentable during service
- Cooking eggs to order (fried, scrambled, poached, or boiled)
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen during breakfast service
- Engaging with guests in a cheerful and welcoming manner
- Ensuring food is prepared and presented to a good standard
The Ideal Candidate:
- Reliable and punctual
- Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers
- Able to work independently and efficiently
- Calm and organised during busy periods
- Previous breakfast or kitchen experience preferred, but not essential for the right person
Hours:
- Approx. 6:30am start
- Usually finishing around 9:30am, depending on business levels and arrangement
This role would suit someone looking for consistent morning hours in a relaxed and straightforward kitchen environment.
