Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. Prior experience in D2D sales, driving, or customer service is advantageous but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided. Duties
- Engage with potential and existing clients to promote our products and services effectively.
- Conduct negotiations to secure favourable terms and close sales deals efficiently.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Drive to client locations as required, maintaining a professional appearance and punctuality.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
- Utilise IT tools to track sales activities, update client information, and generate reports.
- Organise appointments and manage time effectively to maximise productivity throughout the day.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities within the market sector.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to help shape future sales strategies.
Experience
- Proven ability in negotiation and customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for those new to sales.
- Experience in B2B sales or similar environments is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential for effective client interaction.
- Familiarity with IT systems such as CRM software or MS Office suite will be beneficial.
- Valid driving licence is desirable as travel between client sites may be required.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach.
