We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and demonstrate a strong understanding of anatomy.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualised care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the medical team
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
